Job Description

  • Managing day‑to‑day project execution, schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
  • Supporting contract administration, change management, and cost controls
  • Assisting with project planning, logistics, and procurement
  • Maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and consultants
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all phases of construction

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial construction experience with a general contractor
  • Background as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and contracts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset aligned with an employeeowner culture
