Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will report into a Senior Project Manager and oversee multiple retail construction projects across the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
  • Coordinating closely with Traveling Superintendents and field teams
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
  • Tracking costs, change orders, and risk across multiple projects
  • Supporting senior leadership with reporting and forecasting
  • Traveling to sites as required (approximately up to 50%)

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 5-7 years of experience in construction project management
  • Retail construction experience (essential)
  • Experience supporting or delivering nationwide projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exposure to healthcare or medical construction (beneficial for future growth)
