Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the Class A Office and Healthcare space.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage Class A construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
