Job Description

  • Lead MEP scopes on data center projects from kickoff to completion
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee commissioning processes and quality control standards
  • Drive weekly meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Support preconstruction activities including estimates and value engineering
  • Travel to project sites possibly required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager - Data Center should have:

  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on data center projects required
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in mission-critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning, power distribution, and cooling systems
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced schedules
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with project management software and construction documentation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
