Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively.
  • Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the project.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality results that meet client expectations.
