Our client is a well-established, full-service construction management firm with a reputation for delivering complex projects across the Life Sciences, Commercial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Industrial, and Institutional sectors. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help lead projects ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to ground-up construction assignments.

Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risk
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience managing projects within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, MEP, Infrastructure, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously
