Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
  • Monitor project performance and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team to achieve project objectives.
