Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from pre‑construction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, production, and field operations to maintain alignment across all project phases
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and external partners
  • Oversee project schedules, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure all work is executed in compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, precast, concrete, or related building systems
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and schedules

  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Experience working on complex or multi‑phase projects is highly desirable
