Construction Project Manager - Industrial

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues and providing solutions.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment to prevent project delays.
• Monitor progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Lead and mentor project teams to maintain productivity and morale.
