  • Lead light industrial projects from planning through closeout.

Client is a top commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio looking to expand their light industrial team.

Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications and goals.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement solutions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and coordination with vendors to maintain project timelines.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
