Job Description

The Project Manager - Luxury Residential Renovation:

  • Manage luxury residential construction projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and execution.
  • Drive successful delivery of high-end renovation and custom home projects.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Coordinate projects primarily throughout Boston and surrounding communities.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership while operating with significant autonomy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Residential Renovations should have:

  • Project management experience within high-end residential construction.
  • Proven ability to independently lead projects through all phases of construction.
  • Experience managing projects with construction values of at least $1M.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Ability to travel to project sites in Boston and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
