Construction Project Manager - Mixed Commercial

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve performance goals and maintain morale.
