This well-respected, established General Contractor in the Indianapolis area is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high-profile mutltifamily, mixed-use, and senior living projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has been around for 50+ years, is known for their success and culture, and has an unparalleled training and development program.

Job Description

  • Office-based position
  • Handle all construction planning & logistics
  • Create master schedule and ensure deadlines are met
  • Review documentation from Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
  • Handle client and architect communications
  • Lead OAC meetings alongside hte Superintendent and Project Executive
  • Utilize Procore daily

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Multifamily Construction as a Project Manager
  • Ability to run projects from earthwork to handing the keys over
  • Experience with Ground-Up construction
  • Experience running projects over $25M
  • Ability to oversee Project Engineers and delegate tasks
