Construction Project Manager - Municipal

• Manage all phases of Municipal construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
