Construction Project Manager (NYCDDC)

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee project schedules, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
