Job Description

  • Act as the primary representative for clients, ensuring their interests are protected across all project phases
  • Lead project planning including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution strategy
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed
  • Manage procurement processes including RFQs/RFPs and contract negotiations
  • Oversee coordination between contractors, consultants, and vendors to drive collaboration
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking tools
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Build strong, long-term client and partner relationships to support ongoing business growth
  • Support business development efforts, including presentations and client pursuits

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, owner's rep, GC, or development
  • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools (Bluebeam preferred)
  • PMP or CCM certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to travel locally to project sites as needed
