Our client is a growing construction firm specializing in ground‑up and interior commercial projects across Medical Office Buildings (MOB), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and gas stations. Known for delivering fast‑paced, high‑quality builds, and partners closely with clients to execute projects efficiently, safely, and to exacting standards.

Job Description

  • Manage ground‑up and interior finish construction projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Review contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with codes and standards
  • Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage financial reporting
  • Ensure timely project close‑out, including punch lists and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Proven experience with ground‑up and interior projects
  • Direct experience managing MOB, QSR, and/or gas station construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
