About Our Client

Their team of 10-12 professionals maintains a 50/50 field‑office split and enjoys direct access to hands‑on leadership capable of making quick decisions. The culture is respectful, family‑friendly, and flexible-no micromanagement, no clock‑watching, and a genuine work-life balance despite a typical 50‑hour workweek. They maintain long‑standing, hand‑selected subcontractor relationships to ensure project quality and a smoother construction experience.
