Construction Project Manager - West Chester, NY

• Manage all phases of commercial interiors projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, construction, and closeout.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and day-to-day project execution.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, and project documentation.
• Partner closely with superintendents to ensure field operations align with scope, quality, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and property managers.
• Navigate occupied spaces, building constraints, and fast-track interiors schedules.
