Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are followed.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all stages of construction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep them informed of project updates.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
