Job Description

  • Overseeing all phases of high-end construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.
  • Coordinating with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
  • Leading on-site teams and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Handling procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
