Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
