Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Oversee procurement and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
