Job Description

  • Develop and maintain the master schedule on projects, planning for earthwork, concrete, electrical, etc.
  • Run projects under the Senior PM and assist APMs/PEs as needed
  • Manage charge orders, purchase orders, and permits
  • Handle logistics and project planning
  • Help chase permits
  • Break down monthly budgets and overall project budget and manage monies
  • Review purchase orders
  • Project Managers work fully on-site

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years as a Project Manager, open to Asssitant Project Managers looking to take that step into full Project Management
  • Healthcare, higher education, pharma experience is a plus
  • Software: Autodesk and Viewpoint
  • Experience with client communication and being in a client facing position
  • Proactive mindset
  • Looking for a long-term fit
  • Budget handling experience and knowledge
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or similar is required
