With a growing backlog of work in the Tampa market, they are looking to add a talented Project Manager to their team.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and change orders
  • Monitor project costs and maintain profitability targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Oversee procurement and material delivery schedules
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects in the Property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Experience working with project management tools and software.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
