Job Description

  • Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to align with project financial goals.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Handle project documentation, including contracts and permits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction phases.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
