Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
  • Resolve any conflicts or challenges that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Mixed commercial construction experience preferred
  • Healthcare and Higher-Ed experience preferred
  • Technical degree level education in construction or related field
  • 7+ years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
