Construction Public Project Manager - Manhattan, NY

• Manage all phases of public sector construction projects, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for public agency stakeholders, inspectors, and consultants.
• Oversee contract administration including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with DCAS requirements, public procurement rules, and contract specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting in accordance with public agency standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, and field staff, particularly for elevator installation or modernization scopes.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation for audits, inspections, and agency approvals.
