Job Description

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
