Job Description

  • Lead light industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost control
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and buyout processes
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate field teams to ensure milestones are met safely
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
  • Mentor Project Managers, APMs, and project support staff
  • Drive project profitability, risk management, and operational success
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project performance and metrics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Light industrial construction experience
  • Technical degree level education in construction or related field
  • 8+ years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
