Job Description

Construction Senior Project Manager - Manhattan, NY

  • Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
  • Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
  • Maintain and manage all job site activities
  • Lead Senior Project Manager on NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more

  • Construction Senior Project Manager - Manhattan, NY
  • 10+ years of Experience
  • Experience working on Ground Up Public projects for the following agencies:



New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority.

  • Experience handling 100% of projects
  • Local to New York, NY
  • Must have experience building in New York City
  • Construction Management or equivalent degree
  • up to $225k
  • DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA
