Job Description

    • Lead multiple commercial interiors projects from planning through completion
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants
    • Oversee Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

    • 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    • Strong commercial interiors construction experience in NYC
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
    • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
    • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
    • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
    • Organized, driven, and solutions-focused
