Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on project status to management.
• Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Oversee healthcare and VA-related construction projects with attention to detail and quality assurance.
