Construction Superintendent- Manhattan, NYC

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily work sequencing to maintain schedule and quality.
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with NYC DOB requirements, leveraging active SWAC certification.
• Coordinate inspections, DOB sign‑offs, and agency interactions.
• Conduct daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and maintain daily logs and reports.
• Work closely with Project Managers to resolve issues, track progress, and support change management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑run job sites in occupied or active buildings when required.
