Job Description

    • Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial interior construction projects.
    • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and interior trade sequencing.
    • Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and clean, efficient job sites.
    • Coordinate inspections, maintain daily reports, and drive punchlist completion.
    • Work closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and keep projects moving smoothly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • Proven experience supervising commercial interior construction projects in NYC.
    • Strong understanding of interior finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and tight schedules.
    • Confident onsite leader with clear communication and problem‑solving skills.
    • Organized, proactive, and detail‑driven.
    • Professional, dependable, and proud of running well‑executed jobsites.
