Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address project needs and challenges.
  • Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to ensure project efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
