Job Description

Serve as the on-site field leader, present daily
Collaborate directly with clients throughout all phases of construction
Support the launch and growth of the Indianapolis division
Participate in preconstruction planning and coordination
Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence
Maintain daily logs and upload site photos using Procore
Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day
Create and manage a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule
Develop and implement daily and weekly site plans and procedures

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of experience managing ground-up construction projects valued at $15M+
Proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel; initial assignments will be smaller projects in Southern Indianapolis
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to wear multiple hats
Hands-on and not afraid to get involved in field work
Proficient in Procore and other construction management tools
Local to Indianapolis (preferred) with strong knowledge of the local market
Experience with large building demolition (preferred)
