Construction Superintendent

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among team members.
