Construction Superintendent

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with construction objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inspections, and project updates.
