Job Description

Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure alignment with construction goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

Proven experience managing construction projects, including oversight of teams and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams and liaise with stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
Problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues during construction.
Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
