Job Description

  • Lead and enforce a strong safety culture across all job sites.
  • Manage daily field operations for multiple roofing projects and crews.
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Oversee site foremen and provide training on roofing system installations.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal leadership.
  • Conduct site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and review project scope.
  • Track project progress, maintain reports, and manage job-site documentation.
  • Monitor budgets and support change-order development.
  • Participate in scheduling and operational planning meetings.
  • Build and develop high-performing field teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5+ years of Superintendent experience.
  • Commercial roofing experience required.
  • Experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience performing quality assurance on commercial roofing systems.
  • Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
