Job Description

  • Supervise multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain project efficiency.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of multifamily construction experience
  • Ground-up multifamily experience required
  • Experience managing projects independently in the field
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and sequencing
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel throughout NC, SC, and Southern VA
  • Experience with projects ranging from 100-250 units preferred
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Desire to grow into a future General Superintendent role
  • Stable work history and strong culture fit
