Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Receptionist should have:
