Atlanta, Georgia Temporary USD25 - USD32 per hour View Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Support Specialist with knowledge in Salesforce CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role requires hands-on experience supporting a CRM system, including user training and documentation, gathering and analyzing user feedback, triaging support tickets, and onboarding new users.

Job Description

  • User Training and Support: Deliver training and ongoing support for CRM users, ensuring they can effectively use system tools and features
  • Release Support: Develop and maintain release documentation, guides, and videos while providing ongoing functional training such as feature updates and office hours
  • User Feedback Management & Insights: Gather and analyze user feedback from chats, user communities, usage data, and support tickets to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Inquiry Management: Triage and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams on more complex issues
  • New User Onboarding: Support onboarding by coordinating system setup, access, documentation, and training for new users
  • Support & Usage Metrics Analysis: Track and report on support and usage metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve support, documentation, and training

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-days onsite is required, there is no flexibility
  • 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce CRM
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with users
  • ServiceNow experience is highly preferred
  • Financial services experience is highly preferred
