Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to a high volume of emails and calls and have a passion to exceed customer expectations. This is a B2B role within the FinTech industry for the client's busy season and will be on-site in Manhattan for 3 months.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Manhattan.
  • 3 Month Contract.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database as needed.
  • Provide product or service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required by the department.
  • Manage phone lines, event inboxes, and live chat during working hours to ensure all queries are answered swiftly, informatively, and politely.
  • Review pass applications and eligibility for our special criteria pass types such as Start-Ups, Investors, Retailers.

  • You'll support department initiatives and projects, for example, elevating the on-site customer experience. This could include supporting our loyalty recognition initiative, contributing to customer onboarding emails, webinars and dedicated web pages for FAQs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role: ideally in an administrative or support role, preferably within events or a corporate setting.
  • Experience handling high volumes of emails and calls is essential.
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to commit to a 3 month assignment.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Live Chat platforms is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

What's on Offer
