Leadership prioritizes employee growth, providing clear advancement opportunities, ongoing training, mentorship, and the ability to work on projects that challenge and elevate your career.With a robust backlog of work and significant investment in emerging sectors such as data centers, advanced manufacturing, and technology infrastructure, this organization offers exceptional stability and continued growth.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.Lead project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.Drive project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change order management.Negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts.Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Oversee quality control programs and ensure work meets project specifications and company standards.Ensure compliance with safety programs, construction regulations, and client requirements.Conduct client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and construction partners.Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project planning and startup.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and project success.Support the development and mentoring of junior project management staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
