Job Description

The Superintendent - Data Center / Mission Critical will report to the Field Director and lead daily site operations on high-value data center projects.

  • Oversee ground-up data center construction from sitework through turnover
  • Manage field operations including scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
  • Lead site teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets
  • Coordinate closely with MEP teams to support installation and commissioning of critical systems
  • Drive daily progress, resolve field issues, and maintain project milestones
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Partner with Project Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Data Center / Mission Critical we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience leading ground-up projects ($10M+)
  • Mission critical / data center experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of MEP coordination and construction sequencing
  • Experience managing subcontractors and fast-paced job sites
  • Proficiency with Procore, scheduling tools, and field reporting systems
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across Texas or work on assignment-based projects
