Data Center Superintendent

• Oversee all aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Manage and coordinate MEP systems installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work aligns with project requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Resolve any on-site challenges effectively to minimize delays or disruptions.
