With a growing pipeline of DDC work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award through completion

Job Description

As DDC Construction Project Manager - Bronx, NY, you will:

    • Manage DDC and public sector construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Coordinate with owners, consultants, agencies, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
    • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DDC Construction Project Manager - Bronx, NY candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
    • Proven experience managing NYC DDC projects.
    • Strong knowledge of public sector construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
