Development Manager - Dallas, TX

As a Development Manager, you will report into senior leadership and play a critical role in delivering ground-up residential developments from concept through to construction start.

• Manage and maintain detailed critical path schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time
• Oversee and actively track project budgets, identifying risks and cost variances early
• Coordinate and manage external consultants including architects, engineers, and legal advisors
• Lead stakeholder meetings, driving accountability across all project participants
• Support zoning, entitlements, and due diligence processes across multiple projects
• Contribute to design coordination, ensuring alignment between vision, feasibility, and cost
• Assist with contractor selection, tendering processes, and transition into construction
